About us
We opened our vinery in 2004 near the Lookout Tower of Zalakaros. At the beginning we made wines, greasy breads and cold dishes then our selection has expanded with steakhouses and soups for our guests need.
In this time we started organizing popular music evenings.
We made children playgrounds and the place started to be a family friendly vinery where you can take your dog with you.
In 2010 we built a Székely beehive oven and we specialize for oven made meal. The baked meat (knuckle, duck leg, spare ribs, pig sided) is prepared with a special pickle before baking then served with homemade steamed cabbage and crunchy potatoes. These foods are still very popular among our guests.
Every Saturday we make delicious strudel, which are also prepared according to our own recipe, but we also make a special food, it’s called Zalai aludttejes prósza.
Many people like us because we serve delicious homemade food and we are friendly and kind with our guests.
We can give a seat for 100 guests in a same time in bad weather conditions we have a closed and warmed tent for 60 people.
Zalakaros Lookout Tower is about10 meters away from our vinery. The hiking trails in the forest are excellent programme can be.
